When I see responses from businesses on Yelp, they’re usually verbally attacking the reviewer or asking the reviewer to contact the business to set up a comped follow up visit. I have walked by several different Crumbls recently just minding my own business and there has consistently been a ridiculous line down the street. Why? They are just oversize, oversugared cookies. PSA for anyone interested in a tsukemen ramen shop in NYC. Use to go here a lot since I knew some of the staff–pretty cool people.
