I can’t with the light roast sour espresso everywhere. I just can’t stand the taste. Why do all coffee place – and I mean 99% of them – have these disgusting espresso shots?
I want a normal, old school espresso, no milk no sugar, like the ones you get in Italy (and don’t get me started about the price).
What’s going on? Why can’t you find these anywhere?
EDIT: people in the comments telling me I haven’t tried enough places. Trust me I have, some of them are the ones you recommend. They are all on the sour spectrum in my book, anywhere between sour to disgustingly sour.
EDIT 2: after the second wave of comments I finally feel validated! It’s a real issue folks, people like us exist
