Bunch of new scaffolding went up near me, I was curious about it so I took a pic of those laminated permits posted on the wall of the site.
A guy in a hard hat comes up to me and says “that’s not allowed.” I said it is allowed and walked away. He called after me and kept saying it.
99% sure he pulled that out of his ass.
Edit: Just looked closer at the pic, the permit literally has a QR code on it lol.
