We all know about the massive cost of living here but what’s a tiny, hyper specific thing you willingly overpay for just to make city life 1% easier?
For me, it’s dropping extra cash at a specific neighborhood wash and fold because they actually match my socks and use lavender detergent. to my family back home, it sounds incredibly lazy. To me, its cheaper than therapy.
