Over the past couple days I’ve seen a lot of “13+87=100” and “T&T forever” ads on subway ad boards and bus stop signs. Who is footing the bill for this ridiculous celebrity worship? I really hope someone paid a lot of money for those and the city isn’t doing it for free.
