I have a friend who basically treats the supermarket like an extension of his fridge. It’s right across the street so he goes there every day and buys a couple of things. For example, he will decide what to make for dinner, go to the store to buy the ingredients, and then make dinner. Then he will go to the store again to get dessert.
Is this a typical behavior in New York for those who have a supermarket nearby?
