This time, I wasn’t even the one waiting. I was on lunch, walking back to work. I saw an elderly couple with two young children (assuming grandkids) waiting at the stop. The bus driver looked in their direction and just kept driving. He had a red light just a few feet away, so he ended up stopping anyway. I ran after the bus to see if he’d open the doors and just let them in. He looked right at me, looked away and simply drove off when the light changed. It is so cold tonight. I felt so bad for them.
