I know this is probably not the place but I am almost 6 years sober and I am having a hard time to the point I think I need to go somewhere that isn’t home. I don’t have a therapist, and don’t want to get hospitalized, but wish there was a place like if you had a broken arm, you could go to urgent care and they’d take care of you. Is that possible for someone like me who doesn’t want to burden anyone I know in real life?
