This is a morbid curiosity question: if nukes ever struck nyc, what do you guys think is the best escape plan for getting out of Manhattan?

It’s a bit morbid so I understand if nobody wants to participate but I think it’s an interesting hypothetical with how densely populated nyc is and how difficult escaping would be among the chaos. Obviously car would be off the table since you’d be gridlocked with the amount of people trying to drive and flee for their lives. Anyways, sorry if this goes against the spirit of the sub.
