People who are out for walks with no gloves when it’s 26 degrees , what’s wrong with you?

I’ve seen so many people without any gloves and it’s freezing outside. What are y’all on? And I’m not talking like someone going to the bodega or 7-11. I saw people going for a walk or hike in the park with no gloves on and their hands aren’t in their pockets. How do you do it??????
