not sure what to do but my upstairs neighbor is getting comboed on a weekly basis. a lot of glass breaking. bodies being thrown. people in the building have called cops on them. not sure what to do. extremely concerned and also sucks cause they will fight full force at 7am or 4am on weekends. whole building shakes. gets the dogs in the building freaking out too.
