Urgently Need this Mexican Restaurant Vibe!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m looking for a VERY SPECIFIC type of Mexican restaurant that’s common in suburban west coast towns but which I’ve never encountered in NYC.

It needs:
– Complimentary chips and salsa on the table
– Margaritas on the menu
MOST IMPORTANT!!!!!
– When you order a meal, it comes with on a huge platter of rice and beans!!!!!!!

I will travel to any borough for this!!!!
