Very good sandwich, though not necessarily a great one. This brisket melts in your mouth immediately, but I actually wish this were a little more toothsome. (It’s been a few years since my last Katz run, so i don’t remember how melt-in-your-mouth they are.)
The brisket is probably still the minmaxxers choice, but this is a nice treat.
