Happens with every big business, but literally why would you take your greatest asset and f* it up? New sauce I had delivered today is some completely bland white, mayo with no texture and full of corn syrup. Previous sauce packets had more calories and seemingly more natural ingredients.
Sad to see another perfectly great restaurant ruined by the quick service industry. Won’t be surprised if I see them go bankrupt in 2-5 years.
