They already had short hours in the beginning by only opening Wednesday to Sunday and “selling out” by 2 pm every day.
They have now cut Wednesday to closed, so they are essentially open less than 12 hours a week while paying rent in the west village. How are they pulling a profit? It’s all a facade to make it appear more hyped than it is, having extremely limited hours for a greasy, overly sweet sandwich that is almost impossible to get. A front to just promote a cookbook and an Instagram account.
