Tough NYC Reservations?

I’ve been trying to crack the code for getting reservations at NYC’s most in-demand restaurants, and I started keeping track of how far out you need to book and at what time. Here’s what I have so far—all via Resy unless noted:

• 4 Charles Prime Rib – 21 days out at 9AM • Corner Bar – 14 days out at 10AM • Carbone – 30 days out at 10AM • Don Angie – 7 days out at 10AM • Torrisi – 30 days out at 10AM • Monkey Bar – 21 days out at 9AM • Via Carota – 30 days out at 10AM • Jeju Noodle Bar – 30 days out at midnight • I Sodi – About 2 weeks out at midnight • Red Hook Tavern – 2 weeks out (time unknown) • Double Chicken Please – 6 days out at midnight
