Carne Asada bowl from a food truck. I was expecting something that looked like Chipotle

I got lunch from a food truck on 49th and 6th and was looking for something tasty and easy to eat. I was not expecting this.

It was seasoned well but it was impossible to eat with just a plastic fork and knife. It is taking me days to cut through.
