Hi all! My friend got slashed by a young man on a citibike last night (10/12) at 5:38 PM in meatpacking right outside the Apple Store (in that little outdoor seating area on 14/Hudson). The slasher was with a bunch of friends, all on citibikes. This happened after an altercation between my friend who was walking his dog, and the citibikers who blew threw a light and narrowly missed hitting him. He has a picture of the side of the slasher that I for some reason can’t post here but will try to post in the comments. Wondering if anyone else witnessed it/has a pic/has tips on what to do. The police of course were called and said he can follow up in a few days but I know reddit works much faster than the cops. They docked their Citi bikes right before it happened – has anyone had success in working with citibike on something like this?
