Kunafa Bites – Google Maps Page
This Nablus kunafa comes in multiple sizes. This was the medium for $15, if I remember correctly. Took about 7-8 min to freshly make. It was excellent. Crispy on top with gooey stretchy cheese on the bottom. It was sweet, syrupy, and nutty from the pistachios.
I damn near wanted an XL for myself.
The people working the truck are very friendly and gave out some free samples at the time. They also have other sweets like baklava, basbousa, and more.
