Office workers, have your lunch budget or habits changed with rising prices?

A Jan study pegged office lunches at $23.60 per meal in major cities… that sounds a bit high to me? Then again, working in Midtown, lunch is about $20 for me if I include a morning coffee and a slop bowl from Sweetgreen, Chopt, Naya, Chiptole, etc.

I like getting salads for lunch, but the price creep has been real: my usual Sweetgreen order has increased by about $5 in the last few years.

Urban professionals, have you cut back on expenses? How have your habits changed?
