It was only yesterday that a Redditor made me aware of KickMap (2.99, for iOS only, I hear), which has been around for over a decade and a half (?), and is apparently still the ONLY subway map that indicates which stations do NOT allow crossover to the opposite direction.
And then there’s my longtime favorite, the AWESOME Exit Strategy (EDIT: $3.99), which diagrams which car/door on a given train puts you nearest to which stairway/exit. BRILLIANT.
Anything else we didn’t know we needed?
EDIT: My account is seven years old with hundreds of comments about everything from workplace dynamics to popular culture to retirement planning. But sure, I’m a paid covert operator marketing a $3.99 NYC commuter app.
