I am renting a room in a home with an old woman. Sadly she passed away a few days ago. Now I am alone in her home. She has no next of kin and apparently she has no Will that has been found. What do I do about all this? Who owns the house and who do I pay rent to and what do I about the utilities?
I really need some solid advice on what to do here!
