I’m coming to NYC very soon with my son for treatment at Sloan Kettering. We’re coming from a rural place, really rural. We don’t have public transit. We don’t have food delivery. Our entire county has a population below 35k. Our highway is the main road through town and 2 lanes. We’ve never taken a taxi or used ride share. We know we’re in for a shock. Please talk to me like I’m a third grader and help me learn how to navigate being in the city.
